Sitowise Group Plc’s planned release schedule for financial reports in 2022 is as follows:
- Financial Statements Release for 2021 on Wednesday 2 March 2022
- Interim Report for January–March 2022 on Wednesday 18 May 2022
- Half-year Report for January–June 2022 on Wednesday 17 August 2022
- Interim Report for January–September 2022 on Wednesday 2 November 2022
Annual Report 2021 will be released at the latest during week 13 which begins on 28 March 2022.
The Annual General meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday 20 April 2022. Notice to the Annual General Meeting will be given later.
