Louhi feedback to the City of Hanko

The City of Hanko has been using the Louhi Feedback application, which is a digital feedback channel through which feedback from the city's technical sector has previously been processed. In connection with the renewal of the City of Hanko's website, we helped expand the implementation of the Louhi Feedback application to other sectors as well, ranging from sports to museum activities.

The expansion of Louhi Feedback to the entire city was preceded by major work in introducing new feedback categories, creating new user IDs and training users in the secrets of the new feedback system. However, all this was handled seamlessly in cooperation between the City of Hanko and Sitowise.
