Sitowise is praised for its reliability, expertise and cooperation. The feedback conveys an image of an organization that acts consistently, listens to its customers and keeps their needs at the center.
Sitowise's customer satisfaction has remained stable for several years. In 2025, the operations as a whole were evaluated with excellent grades, and the average score for all factors was excellent 4.0 on a scale of 1 to 5.
According to the respondents, the service-mindedness and friendliness, expertise, reliability and smoothness of cooperation of the staff worked particularly well.
- Of course, it is gratifying that the long-term commitment and hard work of our staff in customer projects is recognized by our customers with such great marks. On the other hand, we want to remain humble, listen carefully to our customers and develop continuously, says Mikko Ristikangas, Sales Director at Sitowise Finland.
Customer satisfaction with Sitowise's operations is also reflected in the fact that a total of 92 per cent of the respondents gave a rating of at least 7 when asked how likely they were to recommend Sitowise to others.

- Willingness to recommend, or NPS (=Net Promoter Score), is one of the most important indicators of customer satisfaction for us, and we monitor its development closely. It was encouraging that the willingness to recommend had increased (2025: 35, 2024: 31) in both Finland and Sweden from the previous year, and even very significantly in Sweden, Ristikangas rejoices.
- This is of course very gratifying, which confirms that our strategies and efforts to strengthen customer relationships have been successful. We will continue to listen to our customers and work hard to further develop our services and maintain the customer experience, continues Daniel Doeser, CEO of Sitowise Sweden.
Customers' trust in Sitowise is strong
The survey shows that if competitive tendering were not required, 96 per cent of the respondents could choose Sitowise as their service provider again. This is a sign of long-term customer work and appreciation of cooperation.
- Long-term customer relationships based on trust are the foundation of our operations. Cooperation always starts with people, and thanks for this appreciation definitely belong to our entire employees, Ristikangas says.
In the open-ended responses, Sitowise was described as a professional, reliable partner that listens to the customer. The respondents highlighted the personnel's competence, good ability to cooperate, smooth communication, and a customer-oriented and responsive way of working. The feedback conveys a picture of an organization that operates reliably and keeps the customer's needs at the center.
A total of 480 Sitowise customers from Finland and Sweden answered to the customer satisfaction survey, which was carried out in cooperation with Innolink.
