We act as your partner at all stages, from surveys during the project development phase to the site implementation and the end of the warranty period.
We oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to delivery and warranty inspection. Our tasks also include planning and the competitive tendering and acquiring of contractors and procurements. The procurements are carried out on behalf of the customer according to a mutually agreed procurement package distribution. Our project manager supervises the performance of the various contractors and oversees worksite supervision, cost control and the reception of performed work during the construction project in cooperation with other parties of the project organisation agreed with the customer. The project manager is also responsible for the planning, implementation and documentation of possible changes and repairs.
